With a broad product portfolio, extensive options in contract processing and our trading business, we offer tailor-made solutions for a wide range of customer requirements. With more than a century of experience and expertise, our steel products are used in a wide range of sectors and industries.
High level of expertise in mandrel bars
We manufacture mandrel and shank bars with the tightest diameter tolerances. For example, we peel up to a maximum length of 26 meters in dimension ranges of 80 – 300 mm with the tightest tolerances of +/- 0.05 mm on the total length. In addition to a wide range of designs, we offer close cooperation in the planning and post-processing of your equipment as well as complete solutions including the primary material.
Competence in steel
As Europe’s leading stockholding steel trader for cold-tough/hot-strength and tempered steel for the fastener industry, we are the company for bright and rolled steel that is tailored to the special requirements of our customers – processed quickly, reliably and carefully at all times, in dimensions ranging from 5 – 220 mm.
Ground induction-hardened shafts
We manufacture bright steel shafts in the dimensional range from 20 – 140 mm with tolerances up to ISO 6 and bar lengths up to 18 m. Hardening depths of 0.8 – 15 mm with a surface hardness of 54 – 64 HRC.
