We are a German family owned steel producers and processors. Under the GMH Gruppe umbrella, we represent the accumulated expertise of more than 20 midsize production companies specializing in steel, forging and casting, and employ more than 6,000 people. From scrap recycling, steel production and steel processing through to the manufacture of ready-to-install components, we supply our customers worldwide with tailormade steel solutions.

Green Steel
Green Steel –
lower-emission steel production
Using electric arc furnaces and an integrated value chain, we produce Green Steel with around 80% lower Scope 1 and 2 CO₂ emissions per ton of crude steel compared with the conventional BF-BOF route.
