Die-forged parts up to 3.5 t or ready-to-install crankshafts up to 20 t - every product we forge and process is manufactured with maximum precision and thoroughly checked prior to shipment. Our products are used around the world and in demand for shipbuilding, railway systems and aviation and aerospace technology, but also in other industries too.
Our forged parts and crankshafts very often have to withstand decades of intense strain. Our quality assurance is correspondingly strict and comprehensive, from materials testing in our in-house laboratory to certification by renowned auditing institutions.
Individually tailored products made of steel require flexible processes and the use of a variety of resources. Consequently, we have very high standards when it comes to suitable measures for protecting the climate and environment. Above all, however, we implement comprehensive measures to ensure the work safety and health protection of our employees.
Most modern machine tools cover an area of more than 6,000 m² for manufacturing large crankshafts under one roof. Based on 50 years of experience in crankshaft manufacture, continuous investments have equipped the workshop primarily with CNC work centres which meet the special requirements of these products.
We use a comprehensive range of software application to develop our innovative production solutions. This means that processes and production methods can be optimised in advance through simulations and analyses to deliver perfect results. Your product ideas fire inspire our creativity. With our in-house tool shop, we leave nothing to chance.We take charge of the key technologies ourselves because we care about the factors that determine the quality of your products.
