As a world-leading manufacturer of hot-rolled special profiles, we produce custom profile cross-sections to exact customer specifications. Our profiles are made to order and can be further processed on request, including cold drawing, welding, fixed-length sawing, shot blasting and milling.
At the Troisdorf site, Mannstaedt GmbH operates two hot-rolling mills for special profiles. These mills cover different size ranges, from small to large cross-sections. An in-house roll design department enables the development of complex geometries for maximum design freedom.

What are Special Profiles?
Special profiles are custom-developed profile cross-sections manufactured by hot rolling. In contrast to standardised profiles, they are tailored precisely to the requirements of the specific application in terms of shape, dimensions, material and properties.
