Definition

Our forged steel bar is the material for outstanding products in industries such as mechanical engineering and renewable energy.
The stainless steel produced by means of ingot casting is open-die forged to the required dimensions and heat treated to the material properties specified in the standard or requested by the customer.
Dimensions from 300 to 1,400 mm in thickness and diameter can be produced without any difficulty.

Production process

The ingot is produced specifically for the order to match the customer's requirements on the high-grade steel material.
The steel is forged using 27 MN or 60 MN forging presses and then heat treated.
Steel bar is supplied in round and rectangular formats in raw and finish-machined condition.
