Alexander Naujoks is the new CHRO and Labour Relations Director of GMH Gruppe

Alexander Naujoks most recently served as Director of Internal Coordination and Processes at the German labour union IG Metall. In this leadership role, he was responsible for the internal coordination of IG Metall outside of the political work of the labour union.  His focus was on securing the organization’s internal capacity to act efficiently in the long term. His main areas of responsibility were digitalization, standardization, processes, efficiency, transformation, reorganization and the internal operational and organizational structure of the labour union. In the private sector, he made a career as Human Resources Director at SMA Solar Technology AG, among others.
Alexander Naujoks is taking over from Frank Brüggestrat, who will be leaving the company on 31 December 2021 and has also held these two positions simultaneously to date. We thank Frank Brüggestrat for his excellent work and dedication and wish him all the best and every success for the future in his new field of work.
