Our extensive range of technical equipment enables us to fulfil constantly growing demands with a complete portfolio of services ranging from computer-aided solidification simulation to mechanical processing on CNC-controlled machines. We also provide individual solutions for construction welding.
We cover the entire range of unalloyed and low-alloy steels, high-alloy steels including duplex and super duplex stainless steel castings, and 6 Mo austenite and Ni-based alloys. We also manufacture all common types of high-alloy, austenitic cast iron with spherulitic carbon formation.
Comprehensive quality assurance is the basis of our work. We perform all common methods of surface crack testing, volume testing and destructive material testing. For example, we can test wall thicknesses of up to 300 mm using radioactive isotopes (Ir 192, Co 60) and 3 MeV linear accelerators.
