Expansion of business interests into the areas of mechanical and plant engineering

Media release:

After reorientation as separately managed companies within the Grossmann family, Kranbau Köthen GmbH and WINDHOFF Bahn- und Anlagentechnik GmbH have now been integrated with immediate effect back into GMH Gruppe. With this expansion of its business interests into the areas of mechanical and plant engineering the Group has significantly increased its technical expertise and its profitability.

Dr. Anne-Marie Grossmann, previously charged with the restructuring of the two companies, thus now joins the Board of Management of GMH Holding GmbH with responsibility for GMH Gruppe's stakeholding interests and real estate sector.

As Thomas Löhr, CEO at GMH Gruppe, notes:
"Frank Brüggestrat and I are extremely pleased that Anne-Marie Grossmann now takes on responsibility within the Board of GMH Gruppe. She has proved her capabilities in conjunction with the development of Kranbau Köthen and WINDHOFF."

In the context of this move to the Board, Anne-Marie Grossmann leaves the Supervisory Board of Georgsmarienhütte Holding GmbH, her probable successor being Quirin Grossmann.
