Siegfried Drueker has resigned from the Supervisory Board

Siegfried Drueker has resigned from the Supervisory Board of Georgsmarienhütte Holding GmbH and Georgsmarienhütte GmbH with effect from 31 December 2019. The shareholders thank Mr Drueker for his many years of commitment and successful collaboration.

Dr. Jürgen Großmann has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of Georgsmarienhütte Holding GmbH with effect from 1 January 2020, and was elected its Spokesperson on 24 January 2020. Dr. Jürgen Großmann has joined the Supervisory Board so that, following Siegfried Drueker’s resignation, the Board will be able to provide seamless support for the management during the remainder of the current electoral term.
